1. Who we are
aveno.video ("Aveno", "we", "us") is operated by NovaStream S.A., a company incorporated in Spain (S.A.) with its registered address at Calle de Alcalá 21, 28014 Madrid, Spain. These terms govern your use of the website and the subscription service. By using Aveno you agree to them.
2. The service
Aveno is a streaming-only web service that publishes a daily ranked selection of architecture and urbanism films. The selection re-ranks every day at 00:00 in your local timezone. We do not currently offer native mobile apps, smart-TV apps or offline downloads, and we do not represent that we do.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- A membership is for one person's personal, non-commercial use. Please don't share credentials.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Free trial
New memberships start with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial and may cancel any time before it ends to avoid a charge. We reserve the right to limit trial eligibility (for example, one trial per person).
5. Subscription, renewal & pricing
After the trial, your membership renews automatically at the plan you selected — $10 per month, or $100 per year (about $8.33 per month) — and continues to renew until you cancel. Prices are shown before you subscribe; taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout. We will give reasonable notice of any price change before it takes effect.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling during the trial prevents any charge.
7. Refunds
Beyond the free trial, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge. Statutory withdrawal rights under applicable EU/Spanish consumer law also apply. See our refund policy for details and how to request a refund.
8. Acceptable use
- Don't copy, download, redistribute, or publicly perform the films except as the service allows.
- Don't attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape the catalogue, or interfere with the service.
- Don't use Aveno for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual property
Films remain the property of their respective rights holders and are licensed to us for streaming. The Aveno name, design and curation are ours. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA policy.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we'll post the new effective date here and, for material changes, notify members. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
