Our approach
Aveno respects the rights of filmmakers and copyright owners. We only publish films we are licensed to stream, and we credit every filmmaker. If you believe content on aveno.video infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it using the process below. We respond to valid notices promptly.
Filing a takedown notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent including the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on aveno.video you want removed, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact details — name, address and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users or contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright.
